NOTE: This list covers full closures of interstates, ramps, bridges and primary roads, and lane closures at the bridge-tunnels and the Berkley, Coleman, High Rise and James River bridges.

Bridges and Tunnels:

Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel, I-64:

• Mobile, single-lane closure westbound Oct. 31 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. 
• Single-lane closure eastbound Nov. 1-2 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. 

Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel, I-664: 

• Alternating, single-lane closures northbound Oct. 29 to Nov. 2 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. 
• Alternating, single-lane closures southbound Oct. 31 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

High Rise Bridge, I-64:

• Single-lane closures eastbound Nov. 2 from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. 

Berkley Bridge, I-264: 

• Double-lane closures westbound Oct. 29 and Nov 3-4 from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. 

James River Bridge, Route 17: 

• Single-lane closures southbound Oct. 30 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. 
• Brief, intermittent stoppages in both directions Oct. 31 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. 

George P. Coleman Bridge, Route 17: 

• Brief, intermittent stoppages in both directions Oct. 31 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Elizabeth River Tunnels (Downtown/Midtown Tunnels):

• Go to Elizabeth River Tunnels for maintenance schedules on the Downtown Tunnel (I-264), Midtown Tunnel (U.S. 58) and MLK Expressway (Route 164).

I-64, Southside Widening, High Rise Bridge Expansion:

I-64, Hampton Roads Express Lanes:

Hampton: 

• Long-term, continuous single-lane closure on I-64 in both directions, reducing travel lanes from three to two lanes between Settlers Landing Road/Woodland Road (exit 267) and LaSalle Avenue (exit 265), with I-64 west traffic shifted to the I-64 east lanes. View the full traffic alert here. 

Norfolk, Reversible Roadway: 

• Full closure in both directions:
       - Oct. 30 to Nov. 1 from 9:30 a.m. to as late as 12:30 p.m.
       - Nov. 2-3 from 8 p.m. to 3 a.m. 

I-95, Sussex County: 

• Full closure of I-95 south between Route 40/Sussex Road (exit 31) and Route 301/Blue Star Highway (exit 17) Oct. 29 from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. View the full traffic alert here.
• Full closure of the on- and off-ramps to/from I-95 south and Route 645/Owen Road (exit 24) Route 631/Henry Road (exit 20) Oct. 29 from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m.   
• Full closure of I-95 south between Route 645/Owen Road (exit 24) and Route 301/Blue Star Highway (exit 17) Oct. 30 to Nov. 1 from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m.   
• Full closure of the on- and off-ramps to/from I-95 south and Route 631/Henry Road (exit 20) Oct. 30 to Nov. 1 from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m.  

Other Notable Closures:

Route 17, York County: 

• Brief, intermittent stoppages on Route 17 in both directions between Matthews Street to Goosley Road Oct. 29 to Nov. 2 from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.
