I-95 SOUTHBOUND CLOSED IN CAROLINE COUNTY
All lanes are closed for a tractor-trailer crash at mile marker 115, south of exit 118 (Thornburg) in Spotsylvania County
FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – Interstate 95 southbound is closed in Caroline County at mile marker 115, several miles south of exit (118) in Spotsylvania County.
The interstate is closed for a tractor-trailer crash, and a medical flight.
